Terms of payment

To secure a cottage a deposit of £200 per cottage is required and the balance is payable eight weeks prior to the start date of your booking.

Booking confirmation will be sent to you by email

Payment can be made by cheque or BACS  transfer

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your booking we will endeavor to re let your cottage. In the event of not being able to find a tenant your depost is non-refundable and you will be liable to pay for the total cost of the holiday. If we are successful in finding a tenant your deposit will be returned less a £25.00 administration fee. We strongly recommend that guests arrange some sort of Holiday Insurance.
